Do I need to download Klara from the appstore or playstore?
The Klara platform is currently available as SaaS (directly on the Internet) and therefore does not need to be downloaded. With this system, the tool offers additional security via an SSO connection.
Do employees have access to the platform?
Klara provides a dedicated space for each employee, with the accreditations and authorisations you have assigned to them. Each employee can have a clear view of his or her development, follow-up and individualised career path.
Can Klara be used to digitise paper and Excel formats?
Klara's support enables you to truly digitalise all your processes and booklets. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to get started, so we can offer to take over your paper and Excel documents in just a few weeks.

Is Klara an HRIS?
Klara is a platform that complements HRIS. Klara is a tool that systematically integrates with our customers' HRIS, to automatically retrieve employee data, in particular the management of people joining and leaving the company, to avoid having to do this work manually. This avoids double data entry between the HRIS and Klara.
Is Klara an LMS?
Klara is not an LMS either, but complements this tool, in particular to measure the impact of the training actions implemented. Klara is not designed to make content available, but rather to make access to it more relevant to the employee's career path, and to track the development of employee skills in relation to the training courses they attend via the LMS. This connection is made via API, enabling automated tracking.
Who controls the platform?
Business teams (HR, Talent Management, Training, or even managers in the field) can modify and configure the platform as they see fit. Customise your campaigns, integrate the validation criteria you want, your objective levels, but also the terms specific to your company. You can also create groups to filter information intelligently.
Is Klara available abroad?
The platform is SaaS-based, so it can be accessed from anywhere in the world. For example, we are working on tracking employees around the world.
Where are Klara servers hosted?
Klara solution servers are hosted by Scaleway.
Our website servers are hosted by OVHCloud.
Does the platform comply with RGPD regulations?
Klara is officially GDPR compliant, respecting the 3 fundamental principles: the logic of accountability, co-responsibility of subcontractors and privacy by design.
Is it possible to export data?
Of course, the platform allows you to export your data in CSV or Excel format. All graphs visible on the platform can also be exported in PDF format.
How long does it take to deploy the solution once it has been purchased?
As a SaaS solution, the platform is available as soon as the project has been validated with our contacts. The set-up time (tool configuration, questionnaire creation, data integration and support) takes between 4 and 6 weeks.
Is it possible to set up individual development plans (IDPs)?
Yes, the Klara platform enables you not only to create individual development plans for your employees, but also to include all stakeholders in this process, making it a collaborative one. The platform also enables you to monitor the progress of these development plans, notably by setting objectives, and being able to track precisely whether or not these objectives have been achieved over time.
Is post-training follow-up included?
Yes, post-training follow-up is a key feature of the platform, enabling you to determine whether skills have been fully, partially or not at all acquired. It also enables employees to provide feedback and analyze the quality of the training they have received.
